More daunting is the thought that after many years of service a problem occurs who can you turn to? As a plumber with 36 years experience you know you are getting an experienced hand not a young plumber sent by the boss who has never even seen the product before, let alone installed or repaired them in the past! We are the referred plumbers for many of the large bathroom retailers &amp; plumbing merchants including <strong>CANDANA, BATHROOM WAREHOUSE, ACS BATHROOMS, SANNINE, HARVEY NORMAN COMMERCIAL, R.A.K. BATHWARE, PLUMBERS SUPPLIES CO-OP &amp; CASS BROTHERS<\/strong> to name a few! Not only do the retail outlets refer us, we have many plumbers that refer their concealed cistern jobs straight to us! It is better for them time wise to move on to their other general plumbing &amp; drainage jobs knowing we have the parts &amp; knowledge &amp; their client will be well looked after!<\/p>\n<p>Although we are the nominated service agents for <strong>GEBERIT<\/strong> we also service <strong>CAROMA INVISI, GROHE- DAL, TECE, VIEGA<\/strong> &amp; particularly <strong>VALSIR<\/strong> having worked directly for the parent company for a period of time before a new Australian agent was appointed in 2012. There are many lesser known brands imported from Asia, sometimes just for one development creating a problem of their own with parts not being available!
