There are many lesser known brands imported from Asia, sometimes just for one development creating a problem of their own with parts not being available! Images #5 and #6 in the gallery show the Before and After of a repaired pipe. The alternative was $20,000 to $30,000 if they had to remove wall linings carpets etc to replace that section of pipework.
